I've always had a huge fascination for Bosozoku/Kaido racers since I discovered them when I was young, and fitting that amazing style to American cars is a new favorite hobby.
Taking the '79 Challenger (which was actually a Mitsubishi Gallant) And fitting it with a homemade, scratch modeled, Silhoutte Racer inspired kit seemed like a fun second modeling project, and really opened up me understanding basic modeling.
Another defining factor of a lot of cars are their paint jobs. For this style, a brand/racing inspired livery looked the best, inspired by vintage Kodak VHS boxes of all things.
